Improving AI Results With Strategic Prompt
Hi! I had an AI agent in Claude underwrite this deal for me. This was my first time doing this so naturally there was a lot of errors. I've cleaned this up as much as I could but there is still a lot of room for improvement. I'm getting stuck trying to figure out a prompt (that wont overcomplicate things) to have another agent look at the model and look for any flaws and think of new ideas. Any advise on how any of you approach these kinds of situations where you have a result from one AI platform but want another AI (or the same) to build, improve, and think of new impactful/accurate solutions?

GLM-4.7: The Open-Source Coding Model That's Challenging GPT-5.1 and Claude
GLM-4.7: The Open-Source Coding Model That's Challenging GPT-5.1 and Claude The AI landscape just got more interesting. On December 22, 2025, Z.ai (formerly Zhipu AI) released GLM-4.7—and it's not just another incremental update. This open-source model is genuinely competing with the proprietary giants at a fraction of the cost. Amazing tool i tested during christmas period . MIND BLOWING Here's what makes GLM-4.7 worth your attention: Built for Real Development, Not Just Chat Unlike models optimized for chat demos, GLM-4.7 was designed for agentic coding workflows—long, multi-step tasks where consistency matters. It natively integrates with tools like Claude Code, Cline, Roo Code, and Kilo Code. The secret weapon? A triple thinking system: - Interleaved Thinking: Reasons before every response and tool call - Preserved Thinking: Retains reasoning across multi-turn conversations (no more "forgetting" what it just decided) - Turn-level Thinking: Toggle reasoning on/off per request—fast when you need speed, deep when complexity demands it BENCHMARK SEE IN THE ATTCHMENT !!!!! 🎨 "Vibe Coding": Better Frontend Output Here's something benchmarks don't capture: GLM-4.7 generates cleaner, more modern UI code. - Better HTML/CSS layouts - Proper spacing and typography - High-contrast dark modes that actually look professional - Slides and posters with consistent aesthetics If you've ever gotten "technically valid but ugly" code from AI, GLM-4.7 addresses that pain point directly. 🔓 Why Open-Source Matters With 355B total parameters (32B active via MoE architecture), GLM-4.7 offers: - Full transparency: Weights available on HuggingFace and ModelScope - Self-hosting: Deploy in air-gapped environments for regulated industries - Fine-tuning: Customize on proprietary datasets - No vendor lock-in: MIT licensed - 200K context window with 128K max output 🤔 When to Choose GLM-4.7 Choose GLM-4.7 when: - Cost-efficiency is critical - You need strong tool-use and agentic workflows - You want open-source flexibility and customization - Building AI coding assistants or IDE plugins - Running long, multi-turn coding sessions

Thanks for this post, I've been using claude code a bunch in n8n and in excel for financial underwriting. The max plan is deffiently required now for me haha, came across GLM as a cheaper alternative, curious if it's as good as people make it seem or if this is one of those you pay for what you get and if I'm getting off just upgrading to max. Thanks!

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT & AI
Hi! Just curious if anyone here is in real estate development and uses AI. Also would love to connect with anyone here that can help narrow down the focus. I’ve created a few workflows but they are not sufficient. Thank you!

@Hicham Char Yes! I've been able to create some DCF models but they don't seem to go in depth as I'd like them to. Would love to hear what you're building have time to connect this week?

Is there a Tutorial on How to Use VS Code
I see Nate using VS code a lot but nowhere can I find a video explaining why or how... I installed Claude code on my laptop and in the process had to download VS code but not sure why or the ins and outs of using VS Code instead of just using Claude desktop or Powershell for Claude code.

Thanks for asking this I was lost as well!
Agentic Workflows Just Changed AI Automation Forever! (Claude Code)
In this video, I break down how agentic workflows just changed AI automation, why Claude Code is leading this shift, and how agentic workflows are transforming the way AI automation is built and sold. I’d been calling this shift early — and then Nate dropped a summary that nailed the framing. I borrowed that structure (credit where it’s due) and re-recorded this with a cleaner explanation and updated context.
