What's your "Go To" workout when...
...you travel for work but still want to be able to build muscle and hotel gym is not an option? Hi Gang! I'm looking for some options to mix it up a bit. Do a lot of you use body weight exercises in this situation?

My resolution to eat healthier
Hi folks, I hope that you are all well and striving for righteousness. In a few weeks I will be going to university, and, for the first time in my life, will have full responsibility for my diet. I am aware that many students succumb to the temptation to indulge in cheap, processed, and trashy foods (besides of course the temptation of sex, drugs, lukewarm faith etc). Do you have any advice for maintaining a healthy and balanced diet on a student budget? For your information, I work out regularly and go running as well. Right now, I have cereal for breakfast, a tuna or egg sandwich for lunch, and whatever my parents make for dinner :). Thank you and God Bless, brothers!

Clean protein, salad, and a fruit for your dinners. It doesn't need to be complicated, especially since you are exercising!

Hi Gang! I joined Skool because I am looking to try and lean out after losing a bunch of weight. BUT...I need some tips and motivation! I travel for work a lot and need some "on the road" options. I am a practicing Catholic and I am still learning and growing in my faith journey at 57 years young.😀

Best Snacks For Fast-Break
Alright bro, lemme hit you with some knowledge. You've been fasting. You’re hungry. You don’t wanna blow it before your post fast-break meal. So, what’s the game plan?Think nuts. Almonds or walnuts. Easy to grab. Good fats, protein, no junk. Keeps ya sane till the feast.Protein bars. But not those loaded with sugar, bro. Look for high protein and low carb.Greek yogurt, plain. Add some berries if you want a kick. Keeps those calories low and gives you the probiotics.Handful of baby carrots. Yeah yeah, veggies ain't glamorous, but they do the trick.Stay away from sugary stuff or starchy junk. Fills you up like hot air. Not a great start to your feast.Body is a temple, right? 1 Cor 6:19. Let's keep it holy – even snack-wise.Hope this helps. God bless
