Hi guys looking to connect with other people in real estate, i'm from italy working with realtors in italy at the moment.

We tried the usual agency playbook: DMs, Upwork, referrals, “value-packed” content… It was loud, messy, and got inconsistent results. So we flipped the script. Built a simple offer, plugged it into a repeatable system, and let it filter out tire-kickers automatically. 3 weeks later — 4 new clients. No calls. No chasing. Just the right people finding us. This was the first week where I had a good amount of demo calls(6). Right now only focus is to keep setting these appointments. I feel if I can do this consistently for the entire month, I will eventually get my first client soon

So I have been niche hoping for like 1 month now and have not got any significant results due to this. Now I have signed a contract with myself and that I will stick to my niche- Epoxy Flooring- at least till the end of November.
