YIKES... This House Has Problems
Our job is to find sellers who have BIG issues with houses. And this one certainly fit the bill. Check out this video and put yourself in the shoes of the closer. What would you ask? What would you offer?

Great content again and I really like how you positioned the Investor (certainty with money) vs the Realtor (potential with money).
Order of the 4 Pillars
@Jeff Smith is there a specific order of the 4 Pillars you learned that flow best for calls? What order do you suggest they go in and why? Sorry, as I've not been through all of the training, so if it is in a section I will review that too as I progress. 1. Condition 2. Price 3. Motivation 4. Time

Thx @Jeff Smith
Boost Your Next Call Right Now!
My biggest frustration when I started making calls was that my questions were awful. I mean absolutely... terrible. The worst part was that I didn't understand WHY the questions weren't working. All I knew was that the questions in my script weren't working, and they were making the property owner more frustrated. My biggest improvement came when I understood what good quality questions sounded like, and how I could make those adjustments even when my script didn't contemplate the next part of the conversation. Watch this video for some tips you can implement NOW to make big improvements, and strategy on how to make follow up calls that are useful. Comment on this post and let me know what happened when you made some of these changes, and what you can do to implement going forward! Please subscribe and like my YouTube channel so you don't miss the other topics that I'm posting weekly.

Hit the problems 1st - big change for me. We will see how this change makes an impact. Simply stated, ask better questions, get better answers and that probably leads to more deals.
Sellers Don't Know What You're Saying
I know this sounds crazy, but you're speaking too complicated for 90% of the folks you speak to. Even if they seem to indicate they understand, you need to dial it back to what a 5th grader could understand. Check out this video, and start rewriting any words that you think wouldn't be in elementary school!

Guilty as charged 4Shure on using SubTo.... too much! I like work tracking of "take over the mortgage." Also, after listening to some of your calls, I need to S.L.O.W. down and relax through the Q/A process.
What Is Motivation?
Every week, I upload a new video to my YouTube channel, so check that out. This can be additional training for you and your callers as you work through qualifying and disqualifying leads. The most important thing for callers to understand is who is motivated and who is wasting our time. Check out this video. Please like and comment, and let me know what other topics you need to keep growing your skill!

So many great nuggets in here. Probably my biggest takeaway was: We need to know the PROBLEM the PAIN the MOTIVATION and then when we understand it better they will believe us that we can help them and care to help them
