My biggest frustration when I started making calls was that my questions were awful. I mean absolutely... terrible. The worst part was that I didn't understand WHY the questions weren't working. All I knew was that the questions in my script weren't working, and they were making the property owner more frustrated.
My biggest improvement came when I understood what good quality questions sounded like, and how I could make those adjustments even when my script didn't contemplate the next part of the conversation.
