Plantains
Hello! Not sure if this is acceptable for the cleanse, but I have found air fried sliced plantains a wonderful sweet treat after giving up sugar (and even before). So yummy!

I am following all the info now, but am beginning after I return from vacation on January 19th. So I'll be a couple weeks behind. Truly looking forward to a re-set.
