Who would like the shatter ALL of those OLD Beliefs and patterns?
Old beliefs lead to old behaviors—and those lead to old results. When you upgrade your beliefs, you upgrade your metabolism. When people believe the wrong things, they take the wrong actions. That leads to frustration, burnout, and plateauing. Education rewires behavior, and new behavior shifts your metabolism—from surviving to thriving. Who would like the shatter ALL of those OLD Beliefs and patterns? Here's one - “Eat less, move more.” Truth: Chronic under-eating can slow metabolism, increase cortisol, and backfire long-term. Quality, timing, and hormonal balance matter more. Should I create a Series of these for You? If I get 15 or more interested people commenting I will create that for You. Comment below!👍

Absolutely! He’s going off of the fact that the meds I’m on aren’t helping as much as they have in the last so given my age he feels osteoarthritis is beginning. So I am trying to make the best of my situation but hoping to find some relief naturally.

@Rheece Hartte for me I am intrigued with the building of habits, all be it some intense habits but I think there is something to be gained by trying to incorporate some of the rules to your routine.

Macro-Friendly Bowl: So Good, I’d Pay for It
Keeping meals simple but nutrient-dense is the way to go! This week’s lunch: 🥢 Jasmine rice 🥢 Edamame beans 🥢 Cucumber 🥢 Wild smoked tuna 🥢 Hot chili flakes 🥢 A dash of Bragg’s aminos Balanced macros, loaded with flavor, and so easy to throw together. Honestly, I’d pay for this at a restaurant—it’s that good! #EasyMeals #MacroFriendly #RealFood

The 15 Hormones Affecting Fat Loss - Part 3
Here's the short version - who remembers "Coles Notes" or "Cliff Notes"?🤣 Here’s the simple list (without detailed explanations) of the 15 hormones of fat loss:🔥 1. Leptin – Regulates hunger and signals fullness. 2. Ghrelin – Stimulates hunger (the "hunger hormone"). 3. Insulin – Controls blood sugar and promotes fat storage. 4. Glucagon – Promotes fat breakdown and energy use. 5. Cortisol – Stress hormone that can increase fat storage. 6. Adiponectin – Enhances fat burning and insulin sensitivity. 7. Norepinephrine (Adrenaline) – Stimulates fat breakdown during stress or exercise. 8. Thyroid Hormones (TSH, T3 and T4) – Regulate metabolism and calorie burning. 9. Human Growth Hormone (HGH) – Promotes fat loss and muscle preservation. 10. Testosterone – Helps build muscle and reduces fat storage. 11. Estrogen – Affects fat storage and distribution, especially in women. 12. Peptide YY (PYY) – Reduces appetite and signals fullness. 13. Irisin – Converts white fat to brown fat and boosts fat burning. 14. GLP-1 (Glucagon-like Peptide-1) – Slows digestion and decreases hunger. 15. Reverse T3 - Under conditions like stress, illness, or starvation, the body diverts T4 away from T3 production and instead increases rT3 production.
