Thanks for the reminder. I'll have to rewatch that boss principles video again
Reflecting on Tuesday’s Call (and a question)
I’ve been thinking about the ideas we discussed on Tuesday’s call. It’s taken a bit to process, but here are the big takeaways I’ve landed on… ⭐ Picking a Niche: Focus on People in Transition This was the first “light bulb” moment for me: Focusing on groups in transition (e.g., career changes, new parents, etc.) simplifies everything. Here’s why: The "Heaven and Hell Islands" framework becomes clearer Their tangible and emotional problems—what they see, hear, taste, touch, feel—become clearer. All of this sets the stage for easier pre-selling (5 Ps). ⭐ Targeting B2B Niches with N.E.E.R. The second idea is about focusing on B2B niches, even when the offers might overlap with B2C. The key? Target their N.E.E.R. ❗ While this makes sense conceptually, I’m still figuring out how to translate it into clear, actionable steps. Here's my question: Newsletter Testing for S.A.M with STM When it comes to testing newsletters with STM, I need more clarity on the approach. Here’s an example: Let’s say I have an affiliate offer for a dog training program. I get a sponsorship spot in a dog grooming businesses newsletter. The challenge? I don't understand the audience (dog grooming businesses) well enough to know what their T3 should be. The imaginary dog training offer appeals to their audience—the dog owners they serve. How would the ad need to connect the dots, emphasizing how promoting the affiliate offer could benefit the business owner (e.g., additional revenue stream, value-added service for their clients)? If this wasn't dialed out, I don't see how the testing with STM will go well

@Travis Sago @Paul Schmidmayr Thanks so much for the thoughtful responses—I see where I might be off track. So the process is more like this: ⭐ The Process: Niche → Audience → Offer I'm a dog lover, so I pick for that niche for the thought exercise. A B2B audience in that are people like dog groomers or vets, an audience I actually understand and love. Through understanding that audience, I'll be able to see a clear link to the problems their customers face, to find the affiliate offers that can be natural fit. ⭐ (This seems kind of similar to the relationship coach example and the LDR offer) Biggest takeaway for this: I was trying to fit a square peg into a round hole with my scenario. I’ve been focusing on a niche or audience without fully understanding their perspective or ensuring there’s a direct connection to the offer. Thanks again for helping me see where I got lost—this is what I needed
First (real) coffee date (huge partner potential)
So I just hopped off a call with an agency coach. He saw my beamer content posts on facebook and DM'd me. He was impressed with the beamer offer. But sadly it turns out he's pretty small time and has no email list. However, he might be partnering up with an established coach in the space soon. He said he runs ads, has a huge email list and a $12k offer. Tasty! He said he will chat to this guy and mention me. Things are clicking.

Congrats on the big win!
Skrew it! Serve No Master Peeps CHECK YOUR KAJABI..
I've just granted you next-level bonus access... Please read this first before heading to crack her open... If you wanna be a great writer...I'm totally not your Huckleberry. But... If you want to write 6th grader simple copy that makes the cash register sing... Kaching. Kaching. Kaching. You are likely ALREADY 1/2 way there. Because... If you understand the 5 P's of pre-selling... All you need now... ...is the one children's story I use and show other peeps who can barely write at grade school level to sell 5 and 6 figures from anywhere...using just about any type of platform... Including something as low rent as Google Docs. I've gotta hard-drive full of nice notes like the one @Jon Tarr gave me. Jon is a genius deal maker and writes like a 6th grader...which is a GOOD THING! We literally... ...take the lyrics to a children's story/song ...dab on the 5 Ps ...Post it in a group, send an email, put it in a G Doc And watch money spit out. 👀Even if you don't write a word of copy... As an INVESTMENT PRODUCER... Knowing what good copy LOOKS like... Just like a movie producer knows what a good script looks like... Is CRUCIAL! That's why... I decided to put wind under your wings 💸on the Serve No Master journey... So now... I've just granted you the Cash Kopywriting for Kids course... If you've already invested in yourself in SNM... It's waiting for you in Kajabi:-) PLEASE! 👉Don't feel the need to go thru it now. But... 💥Imagine it as a bank vault you can crack open whenever you need it. I've had TWO A-level copywriters tell me it's the simplest, most impactful little copywriting course they've ever been through. I hope you put it to good use for YEARS to come. Thank you again for your faith. Thank you again for your business! I do NOT take it lightly. Rooting For Ya, Travis PS If you've been busy and haven't had a chance to invest yet, @Ryan Flood or @David Mcalorum will hook you up.

Awesome bonus. Can't wait to dig in. Thanks Travis!
Looking to get feedback on my outreach attempts
What's up guys? I've sent out a few emails to some people I wanted to work with last week, using the "With Your Permission" framework (as I understand, *or misunderstand*, it) So far, only 1 responded, and it was treated as a "fan mail". Not sure how to continue that one. For the rest, no response. In your experience, was it because I misunderstood the approach the "With your permission", or if simply by chance that I haven't gotten more responses. (the people not checking the inbox, etc.) ====================================== #1. *First one, worst one* Subj: Congrats on the new place in Paraguay Hey Caleb, I was surprised to see your video on Youtube about the new apartment. Didn't expect you to do Youtube nowaday. Do you still blog, or is this your main thing now? -David ====================================== #2 Subj: How Do You See Paraguay’s Future in the Nomad World? Hey Gerald, I’ve been following your work with Nomad Elite on Youtube, and what really caught my attention is how much you emphasize local expertise—especially with Paraguay. A lot of firms talk about international living, but few dive into the specifics like setting up real estate investments and banking structures with the same hands-on approach. It’s clear you’ve put serious thought into making sure people actually thrive wherever they relocate, not just tick off paperwork. I’m curious—was there a particular experience that convinced you local insight and long-term support are essential in this space? Also, with digital nomad visas spreading fast, do you see Paraguay holding its edge, or do you think other regions might become more attractive for relocation in the next few years? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have time! Cheers, David ====================================== #3 Subj: Loved Your Take on Crypto-Friendly Countries Hey Rafael, Just watched your video on the top crypto-friendly countries, loved the way you compared UAE’s banking hurdles with Switzerland’s smooth cash-outs. Didn't expect that El Salvador situation, but glad to know that it's improving.
