Well. This is kinda nuts. [Skool Tiers]
So last month... I spent $9K on ads. With the intention of selling a $100 a month thing and being profitable in 30 days. "You can't be profitable that fast with low-ticket!" Is what people i told said.... AND... is honestly what I thought. errrrrrmmmm. Yeah. Except we made $12K back in 30 days. And then 5 days into December we'd already DOUBLED November's revenue. So like ...oops? I made a video breaking down the whole thing because honestly ... This seems kinda crazy. One Meta campaign. No targeting. No funnels. Just ads → Skool community → people upgrade. 1,500 new leads in 30 days. 17% conversion rate on about page 65 upgrades 3 annual payments 1 VIP Upgrade Naturally, I'm still kind of shocked it worked this well lol. Dan P.S. If you're running an established coaching business or building a community ... You might want to watch this. The tiers feature in Skool is kind of a game changer.

I very much like your emphasis on ads, vs throwing darts blindly into the wind to create "viral" organic content to drive alleged customers. People who constantly preach about "organic" builds on skool seem to completely ignore the opportunity cost of spending countless hours throwing content onto YouTube or TikTok and having no idea why the algo doesn't reward them with followers/customers. I started doing low cost ads on FB and have over 220 members in my community and am profitable within the first 3 months.
KPI's for Free Skool Community Conversions (In order)
1. 15%+ About Page Conversion Rate 2. 10%+ Free Member to booked call rate 3. 60-70%+ Show u rate if booking calls 4. 20% Close rate - 1 in 5 Sales calls results in a sale 5. 30%+ Cash Collection rate upfront. ex. you charge $3k... 30% collected would be $900 up front 6. 3X Return on Ad Spend 7. 60%+ Profit Margin - from all revenue how much is actually profit Once you get to those metrics, focus on getting more traffic to your free group. This make sense to you
