This is the dumb thing about Bitcoin now for example. Why are so many selling their coins and probably paying capital gains tax unless they all have private trusts or not declaring. Much better to borrow against the asset Having said that the way it is free falling now the gamble may pay off!
ULEZ is a scam and unenforceable?
Well, that's what Halsbury says, but what the f@k would he know, compared to the Administrative gods in ULEZ? DSAR for ULEZ. Let's find out why, from the donkey's mouth. Bring me back the evidence. @Dave DimeBar I now have from TFL "order for recovery of unpaid penalty charge". They say pay up £280 or make a statutory declaration. I was thinking to do nothing, but they say possessions may be removed and sold to pay this charge. I don't think that they can do this as car is not in my name but private trust. Anything I should do or just wait? My gut feeling is do nothing, they may try and clamp it, but I will cut it off and sue them for trespassing.
ULEZ
Hi Folks, despite being on autopay I have a ULEZ charge. I have read the comments etc. I noticed on this new charge the warnings if the charge is not paid. This looks like threats and coercion. Any thoughts welcome.
