I learned that sometimes when you push a broker away because the property is overpriced, they come back and agree with you to keep the conversation going.

@Tyrone Haynes Traditional offices are not the strongest segment right now so they might be harder to keep full, especially if the economy slows down. The most important questions is whether they will consider our creative type offers. Have you had that discussion with the seller yet?

Who Needs Deal Flow?
Direct messages are back open! Hey everyone. I am working with a group who is finding, analyzing, and contracting deals across several commercial real estate segments (multifamily, retail centers, medical offices, industrial, small bay storage, mobile home and RV parks). We are looking to identify experienced partners who have a resume and the financial resources, or the network, to acquire and close deals. Most of our deals will be structured creatively with seller participation, but some may use assumable loans or smaller LTV loans with seller carryback. The ability to fund the deals in a timely manner is a critical requirement. If you are already in the game, but want or need more deal flow, direct message me and let's talk.

@Monique Messer-Baldwin In some cases, the deals are already under contract to be assigned, or under contract looking for capital or JV partners, or earlier in the process as the numbers are coming together. @Vera Copeland is the colleague I mentioned in the Atlanta area.
