You’re not just looking for a deal… you’re qualifying the right deal. 👊 Ask yourself these 3 power questions before you waste another minute: 1️⃣ Is the seller motivated?If they’re not flexible on price or open to creative terms (like owner financing)… they’re not your seller. 💃 Move on and circle back later. 💪Once I learned how to quickly prequalify the investor financial potential of a property listing, I stopped getting emotionally invested in the "attractiveness" of a property. I learned to put the primary focus on MY time and energy rather than trying to force a deal out of a random listing. Learn to quickly filter leads by the numbers and quickly qualify the investor potential by talking to brokers. I was able to view many more properties and have more broker conversations.
