Hi Jon - great stuff. I read your information here and watched some of your videos. I see a Pelvic-Floor therapist for some coordination/release issues (anismus), where I've made improvements but the constipation is still quite present and the bloating/distention is even worse post holidays! My PF therapist is always telling me eat more fiber, and I eat a TON at least 35 grams a day but up to 70 grams, and I've been doing this to no avail with water, walking, etc. for years. What's your take on the fiber question? My test on your website showed me as Overstimulated Somatic type IIRC. Thank you again.
