I lost a very close family member and another significant health issue in my family. I'm not looking for empathy here, just sharing some context for why it's been so quiet on here! Now this weekend, I’m hitting the ground running, researching and cold calling property owners. Honestly, this part’s a grind. Verifying numbers, chasing down sellers, it feels like digging for gold in the sand. But I’m focused on the end game: landing that first wholesaling fee. I just want to experience the win and prove to myself it’s real.
