I found two real estate groups in my area and took the time to study their buy box and investment criteria. Now this weekend, I’m hitting the ground running, researching and cold calling property owners.
Honestly, this part’s a grind. Verifying numbers, chasing down sellers, it feels like digging for gold in the sand. But I’m focused on the end game: landing that first wholesaling fee. I just want to experience the win and prove to myself it’s real.
