30 days ago I purchased a mac mini and installed openclaw to learn how to really use AI. Mostly I was scared shitless. there were 3 very distinct fears i had to overcome before I felt comfortable "playing" with AI. And since then the landscape has transformed drastically. OpenAi purchased Moltbot (formerly known as clawdbot) Claude released Co-work and then released remote access allowing you to code from your phone with agents. I know that by now claude code is everywhere... and you probrably see it all over your feeds... Learn Ai or die is the vibe... and the truth is... the world is going to look very different in 12-18 months but the fear mongering is a bit much. This is just another revolution, just like the agricultural, industrial and technological... The thing that makes humans awesome is our ability to adapt and learn. This is your invitation to learn... Huge thanks to @Dan Harrison and @Alexander VandeLaar for laying the ads challenge out so clearly. Launched early December. Haven’t changed a thing since. $15/day ad spend → averaging ~15 new members per day. The video ad is doing most of the heavy lifting. Right now I’m focused on engagement and conversion inside the group — but I’m starting to think ahead. For those who’ve scaled — did you increase budget on the same winning ad, duplicate it, or test a new angle first? Curious what’s worked best for you.
