I have noticed in my daily life people are so less empathic, like they are so dead inside. its indifference towards other people and it is so discouraging and makes me wonder if this world is really worth mending. this really dawned on me when i was at the Doctors office with my mother, she has later stage Parkinson's and i was walking her to the building and she collapsed in the parking lot and i was struggling to get her off the ground 3 people witnessed it and chose to walk right past us. no help they looked at us and walked away. i am completely disheartened when i see these things. I do not know if i should hate people more or try to embody the empathy i want to see, i wonder if it will make a difference if there is so little of it. tell me, what has happened to people that we have lost so much spirit and empathy? is it social media the jab? programming us to be individualists? This world i just seeming so much colder recently.

In tomorrow's call, after we do our little check-in with everybody, we're going to be doing a fun little embodiment exercise. In the last call, I asked you guys to tell me about your lives as if it was January 2026 and what you wanted to accomplish, was done. I want you guys to think of the main things you'd like to welcome into your life, what they are, what they look like, how they feel, what life is like now that you're living this reality. Because in tomorrow's Zoom, everyone will be taking turns to tell the whole group about this new reality of theirs. It's like what we did last time but I really want you to think about it so that tomorrow, you all feel ready and excited to just share ALL THE DETAILS with us! The exercise tomorrow is basically as if you're calling your good friends and they're asking what you've been up to and how life has been. Your job is to tell us alllllll about it 😉 If ever you cannot make it tomorrow, don't worry, I plan to make these types of calls more regular! See you tomorrow loves!
