I just wanted to let you guys know that there is a beauty in living. My decent into the lower frequencies have become more frequent. I’ve gotten stuck there sometimes. I’m forever grateful that I have the eyes to see and the ears to hear when it’s time to come back from the low. Remember our purpose. To help one another. has there been anyone in this group that has learned how to do dream yoga or astral travel? remote viewing? when i am writing stories i get the feeling as though i am viewing something real, like other worlds maybe i am remote viewing and not knowing it. i want to learn how to train my consciousness in these realms but not sure where to start, any advice or stories?

I have noticed in my daily life people are so less empathic, like they are so dead inside. its indifference towards other people and it is so discouraging and makes me wonder if this world is really worth mending. this really dawned on me when i was at the Doctors office with my mother, she has later stage Parkinson's and i was walking her to the building and she collapsed in the parking lot and i was struggling to get her off the ground 3 people witnessed it and chose to walk right past us. no help they looked at us and walked away. i am completely disheartened when i see these things. I do not know if i should hate people more or try to embody the empathy i want to see, i wonder if it will make a difference if there is so little of it. tell me, what has happened to people that we have lost so much spirit and empathy? is it social media the jab? programming us to be individualists?
