Hey, I am from Munich, Germany, I have been self employed as a Facilitator and Coach in Business for Personal Development for almost 20 years... until my complex PTSD hit really hard. So while recovering and healing I started a Podcast about my Journey. It’s called “Trauma.Heilung.Heldenreise” (German) which means “Trauma.Healing.Hero’s Journey”. I release an episode every other week and reflect radically honest on everything that has influenced me on my Journey and all the new stuff I learn and crash with every day. AI is a great help to create summaries and texts for the Show Notes and Social Media… at least for the Basics 😉.
