Voice AI for Answering Calls — Who’s Tried It?
Has anyone here started using Voice AI to answer calls for clients? I’m curious what problems you’ve run into — accuracy, customer experience, training, or integration into workflows. If you’ve tested it, did it actually help close more leads or just create more support issues?

I've been using it in my business and so far it's been good. We don't announce it's ai but if asked directly, it doesn't deny it. Seems like as long as it handles the call like it is supposed to, customer's don't seem to mind. It has proven to be more reliable than most human receptionist in my use case. If you think of it as 62% of incoming calls go unanswered, it wins on those statistics alone.

VA or Contractor?
I've taken on a project to replace a nonprofit's associations crm. They will need websites built, email campaigns, workflow and automation to help run their business, primarily invoice memberships, continuing education, and holding events.
