X 2 days a week full body
Hi Guys quick question im currently only able to get to the gym 2 days a week just due to constraints. I focusing more on conditioning x 4 days a week so x 3 easy days and x1 higher intensity day. I wanted to ask how would best recommend doing x 2 full body days a week? The main focus is on my upper body strength while maintaining my lower strength. Should I rotate each week on the lower and total while keeping the upper there all the time? Any advice would be appreciated.

@Brian T I'm still plowing thru @lumberjack (excellent program btw) & I've mod'd it heavily to similar 2-day/wk construct to leave me recovered to optimize weekends for πŸͺ΅/🦌 harvesting. So now that the harvest season is approaching endex, I've come to appreciate this alt. ME/DE (Mon) + strongman work (Thu/Fri) & the run/ruck work on Wed. Is there any πŸ€” to putting a subscription-based program that aligns to this ie. Minimum Effective Dose? I'm running out of strongman work to continue running out this construct, so looking ahead to Jan '26. Is @Lunchpail the simple answer? I loved it when I was on it early '25 but don't have time to train everyday...3x sweetspot as I usually just hit 10k/day step 🎯 on "off" days. Plz advise. Thx/R, Dan 🫑
Programming Question
What programs does Modern Athlete currently have available? Is Warfighter the main track, or are there other options specifically geared toward military service members? Also curious β€” do you have any programs focused more on athletic development, GPP, or hybrid performance for those not necessarily preparing for deployment but still wanting to train like a tactical athlete? Looking forward to learning more. Appreciate the direction! β€” Matt

@Brian T @Deangelo Matos concur w/Brian, ran RRC to prep for a 10K (not tactical anymore--retired) it's solid. I still follow it I have to scale the ruck volume to 1H sessions due to time constraints but no better program to stay strong(er) & keep the mileage/conditioning balanced. No experience w/Warfighter as I'm not "operational" anymore, but stay strong cycling RRC & Lunchpail.
