No huge “new year new me goals”, I’m following the KISS method and ensuring I either walk daily or do a walking workout daily in my living room (thanks to the endless rain in the UK 🙄). So far I’ve stuck with it for 90% of the time, my biggest challenge is my hyper mobility and ongoing feet issues, but no pain no gain🚶🏻♀️
