Team, quick update. I’ve been quietly building something for the past 6 months. Didn’t talk about it publicly. Didn’t test it lightly. Didn’t want to share it until it actually worked. It’s ready. Here’s the short version of what it does: • You get 1–2 realtors per month • Each sends ~3+ deals per year (not random leads that never close) • No cold calling • No forced coffee chats (unless you enjoy them) • Takes 1.5–2.5 hours per week It’s built for loan officers who want fewer partners… but higher quality ones. Great weekend. Total of 5 open houses. Had good conversations ( story telling) with 2 RE agents. Already followed up with text message. Schedule 3 appointments this week to learn more about where they want to be this year in terms of helping families w either buying or selling.
