Hey all, I am a brand new LO going through Sam's training. I just want to shout out this framework- the realtor feedback and progress that I've seen over the last 3 weeks has been awesome! I've done 4-6 open houses per week and already have several agents who committed to working with me and almost all agents are impressed with what I have to offer. I have to give all of the credit to Sam- every step of the framework is organized and simple and I can already see that it gives me an edge over other LO's in my market. I've been averaging 2 leads per week and last week I got 3! My goal is an average of 5 per week by the end of July. Happy hunting out there!

My wins for the week: - Every LO that started in the May Cohort 7 days ago has had at least 3 realtor meetings and 1extra lead this past week from our first week. Results will compound from here - I met with 30 loan officers this week about what it takes to get to 10 loans/mo - I survived a bachelor party - Helping my mom move and buying her all new furniture
Good week 2 leads turned converted to clients. The 2 loan amounts combined exceed $1,550,000 / Had 1 meeting that I exceeded in obtaining a new referral partner. Still not up to standards on that but will improve. Make someone’s else day better than yours.
