Sent listing referral to top producing RE Team- had 2 good Zoom meetings with 2 RE Agents on quality teams. Called data base and strike rate and picked up a C/ O refi, and a HELOC

Final got an appointment with a Team Owner / leader. Last 12 months closed 99 units of which 43 were buyers. Going to use the following outline ( like dating) flirt - small talk - looking for a partnership not a vendor ( for example follow up refer back on seasoned or cold leads) let’s get a drink - coffee / can we help your business continue to grow - small steps (SM posts with local market trends or did you know?) Let’s see how 1 or 2 opportunities work - do we exceed each other’s expectations
