Anxiety 😔
I have a PT session at 10am and my anxiety is high (not caused by the thought of the gym, but my autism). I feel like crying and not going but I know I’ll go. Still may cry though. UPDATE BELOW IN COMMENTS…

Final March check in
Waist measurement is down from 33inches to 31in - over the moon with this. Muscles are up 💪🏻 Phase angle has improved (had to look that one up 😄) Weight is down again after upping the cardio and the calorie deficit. But the heaviest loss has been from my mind 🧠 The 30 day reset has been a blast and much needed focus and distraction for me personally. I think the first post/question I put on here was to ask for music recommendations to motivate. I feel I can say now that the main reason was that at that time I'd gone to the gym to try get back into it, I was listening to one of my playlists and Imagine Dragons 'My Life' came on. I don't know if you've heard it but it's a very powerful, beautiful, raw song. As the lyrics hit I'd never related to a song chorus more in all my life (just not the drug abuse reference!) and my eyes filled with tears in the gym. Nobody saw thank God 🙏🏻 (mortified) but I needed your music recommendations more than you knew! I realised I am emotionally tied to most of my music 😄 and don't just hear I feel. Last night I listened to my beloved Imagine Dragons whilst I had soak in the bath (my abused legs needed it) and I felt differently 🫶🏻💪🏻 this past Month really has changed 'my life'. Mojo back ✅ Mindset back ✅ Let's keep moving onwards and upwards team 🙌🏻 You're all amazing ✨

So in 30 days with you all iv struggled with my head a few times clearly the antidepressants didn't wanna work those days but iv carried on and got shit done from being inspired by so many of you and also having @Jamie Bigg in the back of my head saying let's do this. I lost 6lb put on 3lbs but im blaming that on starting electrolytes last week iv increased weights on all the machines I use at the gym. I didn't take measurements but start and finish photos I apologise they aren't pretty I dont see much difference but everyone else seems to. Well done to everyone you've all been amazing 👏

Well done @Terri Streeter on the days you didn't want to you carried on and still got shit done - love that 🙌🏻✨ having Jamie in the back of your head is a great reminder 💪🏻😁 Do start taking your measurements - it's a huge help in reminding you when you don't see a difference on the scales or they're up and down. Be very proud of yourself and let's keep going 👏🏻🙌🏻💪🏻
Restarting the bigg30.
Put on 1lb this week. I've decided to restart the bigg30 and redo for April. You guys are the proof it definately works. Honestly, I've struggled since my attack and a part time attempt is not good enough for me. It's definately limited the damage but I need the willpower to not give up and start afresh in the morning. Once you do it once its an easy landslide to fall into. I'm not feeling sorry for myself just being honest. Sometimes habits take a bit longer to establish but I'll catch you up 😉

Meal prep done
With the kids being off this week, I didn't want to just grab and go some rubbish from the house or the shops. So I've done a full meal plan for the week and prepped my overnight oats for breakfast. To avoid waste, I tend to use the left overs for lunch and adapt to meet macros. Kids will have different meals from me, usually they have the same, but I really wanted to have some meals that were more tasty with a little bit of spice in them.
