Hi, guys! So, my fiancé, Brian, and I officially launched our community, Tax Class, in August 2025. Brian is the "tax guy" between the two of us lol. He's had his tax firm, ProActive Tax, since 2018 & has been helping small business owners in all 50 states save money on their taxes for over a decade. He also owns a beach volleyball league here on the Jersey Shore (when he bought it in 2017 there were 40 people & now there are 500 - which is so crazy to me). My background is definitely not in taxes or anything remotely close. My undergrad in college was in speech therapy/communication disorders, but I found that I gravitated more towards working with individuals with disabilities while conducting my clinical hours. So, I switched it up a bit & became an ABA therapist - working with children & adults with various abilities. I loved it so much, but the scheduling part was very unreliable. So, I switched it up a bit again & moved into a corporate 9-5 role at a national ABA therapy company. It was much more stable, but I was never happy. Jumping to Skool & the WHY... Brian found out about Skool when Alex Hormozi initially invested in it. Brian was super amped about it, which then made me super amped about it too lol. So, in February 2025, I took the plunge, left my corporate job, & started working with Brian on ProActive Tax full time (while we also both leveled up on our Skool knowledge). We knew we could merge both of our passions together - mine of helping people & Brian's of saving business owner's money. That's when Tax Class was essentially born! After some tweaking, we both feel confident in what Tax Class is. It's a FUN community where you can also learn about your individual tax situation! P.S. Instead of posting a GIF, I'm going to drop these two funny videos Brian made last year (or maybe 2 years ago... I can't remember). I feel like these give a good representation of WHO Brian is - not your average "tax guy" 😉
