Morning champions!!! What did you have for your morning hydration/energy boost?!?!? I’ll go first…after my morning glass of water with lemon and Celtic salt, I made iced protein coffee with a scoop of Formula 1, and collagen. - Over 20g of protein - Collagen for skin elasticity, fine lines & wrinkles - Just 80mg of caffeine to give me a little kickstart Post yours below (with a pic of possible)

Hi! I live in Columbia, SC. I have a rich background in athletics, i have played basketball, volleyball, swimming, and I played fast pitch softball for 18+ years and had to hang up my cleats after graduating college. I am a former special ed teacher that now works in the corporate world. I coach high school softball. I like to watch guilty pleasure tv shows, go hiking, and relax at the beach.
