Celebrating Success!
My loves, It has been a long time! So much has been happening, wedding preperations (10 days and counting!), we moved house and it has been so busy in the clinic. I have just finished work now for a couple of months before a new chapter begins to unfold 🌟 I have also been working in the backgroud on the 3 month transformation program, ' The Reset', please join me in celebrating @Haleemah Abdul who has released over 7.7 kg of body fat! There are so many other benifits she shared with me too, improvements in sleep and her relationship with food. Haleema, feel free to share your experiences in the comments section below! Congratulations to @Tracy Fisher who released a whopping 6.8kg of body fat and has some impressive inch loss, including 2 inches vanished from her thighs and 1.5 inches gone from her waist! She can now wear all of her work shirts comfortably again. @Tracy Fisher please do share the other areas of transformation you experienced during this process 🙏 Love to you all, Sam x

Thankyou ladies, and of course @Sam Saint and @Haleemah Abdul . This process has been truly transformational I’ve learned that being honest about my struggles opens the door for real growth — and connection. • I’ve learned that emotional eating isn’t failure, it’s feedback — and now I listen with more compassion. • I’ve learned that structure and preparation give me confidence, especially when life feels messy. • I’ve learned the value of setting intentions anchor me. • I’ve learned that supportive community makes everything feel lighter — I don’t have to figure it all out alone. • I’ve learned that progress doesn’t require perfection, only commitment and grace. • I’ve learned to celebrate small wins — a yoga class, a broth, a new pan — they all count. • I’ve learned that vulnerability is strength — sharing my wobbles doesn’t weaken me, it fuels my resilience. • I’ve learned that even when life is chaotic (WiFi fails, stress builds), showing up is still powerful. • I’ve learned to be gentler with myself — no more calling myself “stupid” for slipping up. • I’ve learned that choosing health is a gift, not a punishment — and that joy and nourishment go hand in hand.
Thought of the day...
One way to supercharge any aspect of your life is to give it a secondary reason. As in... Okay, money is fun... but what is your money for? Having a partner is nice... but what is your relationship for? Having a fit, healthy body is great... but what is your health for? When you tie secondary reinforcers to the major pillars of your life, they become that much easier to prioritize. Maybe having a six-pack means nothing to you... but having enough energy to play with your kids/grandkids/nieces/nephews matters a lot. Maybe being a millionaire for the sake of it doesn't do anything... but having the ability to give back with wild generosity to your favorite causes means more. And maybe having a partner just to have a warm body to sleep next to doesn't get you going... but having a healthy, conscious relationship is significant because it helps you access aspects of your growth that wouldn't be available otherwise. I know it's highly uncommon to reference New Years resolutions at the end of May (remember those things from six months ago?)... But one of the best ways you can do to add some fuel to the fire is... - Get clear on your 'Why' behind the goals, and... - Tie some of that Why to people outside of yourself. What are your secondary reasons 'Why' you want/need/desire to have the body & health you really want? 👇

Tongue scraping
Here’s an interesting article on tongue scraping. I’ve been doing it for several years. In the morning I also add one drop of clove oil onto my toothbrush before adding my fluoride-free toothpaste. The combination of the scraping and clove oil make my mouth feel super fresh. Does anyone else here tongue-scrape? No one else I know does it and they often think I’m mad when they find out I do! Xx
