Tap into what they actually care about. Their goals. Their fears. Their desires. Like: "What if you could fill your schedule with high-value patients who actually show up, pay on time, and refer their friends—without begging for reviews or relying on word-of-mouth?" Now? Now they're interested. Because you're talking about what THEY want. Not what you do. That's step one. Reason #2: They See No Difference Okay. So they're interested. Good. But. Why should they choose YOU? There's 10,000 other agencies out there. All saying the same thing. "We get results." "We're the best." "Guaranteed ROI." Blah blah blah. They all sound the same.
