1. Who are you personally? I’m Craig Carden. I’m driven by meaning, integrity, and service. I care deeply about people doing work that matters and building lives they don’t need to escape from. I’m a big believer that clarity creates calm — and that most stress comes from living out of alignment with who you actually are. 2. Who are you professionally? I’m a founder, coach, and systems builder. I work with business owners and founders who’ve outgrown hustle and want structure, leverage, and optionality — whether that’s scaling cleanly, stepping back, or preparing for exit. I build ecosystems like the Invictus Business Club to help people move from knowing what to do to actually doing it, consistently. 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? Spending time thinking, walking, and creating space. I value stillness and reflection just as much as execution — it’s where the best decisions are made. I also enjoy deep conversations with people who challenge how I think. 4. What is something surprising about you? Despite building businesses and coaching others on performance, I’m far more interested in simplicity than growth for its own sake. I care less about noise and more about building things that last — businesses, systems, and people.
