@Theresa Elliott OMG Theresa, I love these goals so much. And yep, vocal range can absolutely shift as we age, but with the right training, we can usually rebuild strength, flexibility, and access to a wider, more reliable range again. And for public speaking, this work is going to help you so much. Smoothing out pitch transitions, improving breath support, reducing strain, and learning how to use resonance more efficiently can make your speaking voice feel stronger, clearer, and much easier to listen to, especially when you’re speaking often. I also love the goal of singing in church and recording songs with your daughter. That is such a beautiful reason to train your voice. We’ll work on both: the practical speaking voice you need for your professional life, and the singing voice you want to reclaim and enjoy again. I’m so exited you’re joining VIP!
