Vains are deaf after Pull-Ups
Last monday me and a friend did 1000 Pull-Ups as a fun challenge. Everything worked out fine and we finished all the reps with proper form. However a few days later one of my vains in the left arm does hurt a bit when doing Pull-Ups again. It also feels a bit deaf when touching it. Do you know what this could be, i really feel fine all the time, i am just a bit worried that it is smthing lasting for longer.

Apply ice to it, or put your arm in an ice-cold bath. Always great for recovery!
planche program
This is my program i'm using to go from 5s straddle planche to 10s. Feel free to use it! Is there anything you would adjust/ add?

Thanks for the great advice! Do you think I should increase the intensity if I reduce the number of sets?

@Lazar Stanjvukovič for everyone :)) if you adjust the weights or you do the planche excersises with heavier bands or you decrease the reps/hold time
programming
How many exercises per training session do you think is ideal for training the planche? Personally, I feel best with 5-6 planche-specific exercises and another 2 accessory exercises. But how many exercises do you typically do on average, or what is recommended?

Achilles tendon pain in foot from Handstands
I kick up into my handstands with my right leg so when I bail I land on my left foot. I haven’t let my foot heal enough and today at the gym I fell so hard on my left foot when bailing the pain is fucking insane. Couldn’t carry on not even against the wall. Just posting this for awareness for anyone who might benefit from it. Try to land on your heel not the surface underneath your toes

What else do you do in your daily life that causes this pain? In my opinion, it’s almost impossible to get an Achilles tendon overload from landing too much from a handstand. I definitely do not recommend landing on your heel! You can definitely get an injury from that. (From a final-year physiotherapy student)

@Haitch Z I would definitely consult a doctor, who will probably prescribe physiotherapy for treating Achilles tendonitis. Make sure to apply ice at least twice a day!!! Try to look for causes of this pain (e.g., in your leg training) because landing from a handstand can cause the most pain, but I don’t think this is the cause of the injury.
