Learning handstand
Maybe nothing for most of you, but for me it’s a lot 😅 it took me some time to have the courage to kick up to the wall, but I can hold it now for some secs already. Chest to wall is still difficult, but I am a bit proud that I slowly come closer. Let’s see where I will stay (on hands 😂) in some weeks!

Strength building
I just wanted to know how can I improve mine strength with high speed. I can do 30 push-ups clean and 5 pull-ups and 10 dips but I'm struck at this level for about 1 month I can't push ahead so i hope i can get some tips to i crease mine strength.
Workout without equipment
Hey bros I only wanna know that is it possible to grow mine muscles without going to gym and any equipment but just mine body weight. So i just wanted to know some best body weight exercise that doesn't need any equipment.
