9 unit, need some guidance
I have a deal, it’s a 9 unit, strong cash flow and the owner is willing to hold 15%, how do I go about getting a bank to finance the other 75-80%? Will banks even do this? I still have to come up with 5-10% but I’ve never done this before, If you’ve done this before dm me, I have all the numbers, thanks in advance!!!!!!!!

@Liam Forrest I think there may be a go around because they are concerned with the CLTV if you can find a private lender to cover the %20 it shouldn’t count as a loan as long as the money is in there prior to the look back period. I don’t know if it varies per bank but the lender I talk to said it’s about 3 months
