The solution? Training both ends of the spectrum. ✅ Kegels → Strengthen and contract the pelvic floor for better stamina, erection control, and circulation. ✅ Reverse Kegels → Relax and lengthen the pelvic floor to release tension, prevent PE, and improve blood flow.
