Looks great. A true gentleman, effortless style and quiet confidence
Don't isolate.
Bike night is a time when different motorcycle clubs come together. We share a short message, then enjoy a braai. Building relationships, brotherhood, and unity. Last night, however, the message was a heavy one. A gentleman who was well-known, well-liked, always the center of attention. Has passed on after a personal struggle, taking his life. People that knew him never saw this coming. All who knew him is in shock. He never showed any sign of what he was going through. After the meeting, a few men came forward quietly, asking for help. Gentlemen, if you are struggling, please don’t stay silent. Don’t isolate yourself. Speak to someone. Seek professional help if you need it. If you call yourself a gentleman brother, then be a brother and reach out, check in, stand alongside one another. And seek a qualified, registered counselor. Every man faces a storm at some point in his life. There is no shame in that. You are valued and precious.
Don't isolate.

@Craig Stevenson yes, one has to reach out. Sometimes one just needs someone to listen, really listen. Depression can sometimes be caused by a medical condition, or trauma then a qualified healthcare or counsellor will be needed.
The Value of the Four P's- Al Voss (Post from Scott)
Poise, Patience, Pacing and Public Speaking! On several occasions I've successfully defended myself in court, Small Claims, Traffic and Trial courts. The method is to do a little legal research which is easy. At court, being patient at all times helps with poise, in other words not being triggered emotionally as the charges are read and the plaintiff lies, the police distort the truth, or the prosecutor makes you seem like public enemy number one. Public speaking confidence applies when it is time to refute the allegations, complaints and charges. Being able to examine a witness or cross examine is essential. Speaking clearly and using good grammar coupled with the patience and poise in a crowded courtroom does impress a judge because he will know ahead of time if you are a lawyer or law school graduate. I've never been to law school. I've won in Small Claims both times. I've prevailed in Traffic Court 11 times and in Trial Court twice. One was an aggravated assault charge, one was a DWI/DUI charge. To date, I have a clean or blank criminal record and my last moving violation was 25 years ago this month. And no charges pending.

Agree. I been in court for a serious motor vehicle accident. The lawyer tried to trap me.. Thankfully it back fired on him. And the court burst out laughing, including the Judge
Hello!
Hi everyone. Thanks for the invite. I'm Craig. I'm 52, and I live in the UK near Manchester. I'm married to Sarah (together for 22 years, wedded for 12). We have no children, and own three cats. I've had a number of jobs over the years, including Games Designer, Copy Editor, and Door-to-Door Karate Salesman, but for the last 15 years I've worked as a Logistics Planner for an international Dairy compary, directing hundreds of tankers of milk around the UK every day. Believe me, it's a lot more interesting than it sounds. Hobby-wise, I'm a huge nerd. I love all sorts of gaming, and have travelled the world playing card and board games at the highest level. Won a fair few trophies, and a pocketful of cash, doing so. And I got to / get to see a lot of the world, albeit mostly within convention centres. I'm on a weight loss journey (64lb down, 36lb to go), and my increasingly-unfit-for-purpose wardrobe led me to trying to up my style game and dress more intentionally. I'm also of the opinion that emotional intelligence and societal decorum is on the wane, worldwide, and holding myself to a standard is paramount. So that's me. I move milk, I roll dice, I watch movies, I read books, I eat salads, I paint miniatures, I bake, I write, I collect fragrances, and I try to dress and behave well. I contain multitudes, as do we all. Looking forward to being part of the group!
