This seems like an elementary question however, I don't have much in the way of gaps in between my IMTR property in Carlsbad, CA. Do you have a 'check in and check out time" on your Mid Term Lease with an Insurance stay like you would for a STR? If yes, what do you think are 'fair' times? Seems like a LTR lease would run thru midnight the last day of the lease but this is IMTR. Thank you for your input...

I typically am flexible with check in and out times. you can set a typical check and checkout time and if they need earlier or later they will let you know. for checkouts i usually do 12pm. i tell the guest that my cleaners will be there at 12pm sharp for our next guest which will encourage them to get ready to leave before hand.

@Veronica Giggers yes it is. It's great supplemental Income! My goal is to do this full time and leave my W2. I'm currently at 9 properties. I have 3 more in the pipeline.
