This seems like an elementary question however, I don't have much in the way of gaps in between my IMTR property in Carlsbad, CA. Do you have a 'check in and check out time" on your Mid Term Lease with an Insurance stay like you would for a STR? If yes, what do you think are 'fair' times? Seems like a LTR lease would run thru midnight the last day of the lease but this is IMTR. Thank you for your input...
