☝️There's a better way... This is the single thought you are anchoring to when it's time to do a successful workshop. That is, of course... If you want to make money, NOT become some type of fancy teacher. Let's talk doing workshops... Starting with "WHY". Do you love chasing people? Are you having fun with those DM's and cold emails? Do you love it when people treat you like a used car sales man? I hope not you sicko! Workshops are an incredible way to PULL qualified prospects into your sales funnel WITHOUT feeling like a 24hr spam artist. And if you want to hold a workshop that sells your business WITHOUT people even realizing they are being sold... There's a simple process you can use. It all starts with... THE PROBLEM (First 5-10 minutes) Make them feel SEEN. Don't pitch. Don't teach yet. Just describe their world so accurately they think you've been reading their diary. "Let me guess... you're spending $3K/month on ads and getting leads that suck. They block your calls, say "Where did you get my info?" And every dollar you have spent feels lost. Sound familiar?" When they're nodding their heads, you've got 'em. Story time! THE DISCOVERY (15-20 minutes) This is where you reveal what they DON'T know. Tell a story. Yours or a client's. The moment everything changed. "Here's what we discovered after trying to figure out this exact problem..." Then introduce YOUR framework. Give it a name. The 3-Phase Authority System. The Workshop-to-Retainer Method. Whatever. Teach the WHAT and WHY... never the HOW. Show them the map, don't walk them through every street. THE SOLUTION (10-15 minutes) Paint the after picture. Stack quick wins: "Mike went from $12K to $48K in 4 months." "Sarah signed 3 clients at $3K/month each." Address objections BEFORE they think them: "You're probably thinking this won't work in your niche..." "Or maybe you don't have time to learn another system..." Kill the doubt with proof. THE CTA (Last 5-10 minutes)
