I Wanted More Time with My Family, But My Job Was Holding Me Back
I used to tell myself, "I'm working hard now so I can enjoy life later." But later never seemed to come. I was stuck in the same routine—early mornings, late nights, and barely any time to actually enjoy the people I was working so hard for. I’d miss family dinners, important events, and sometimes, even just simple moments that I knew I’d never get back. I wanted more time, but time was exactly what my job took from me. That’s when I started looking for something different. I didn’t want another job—I wanted a way to earn without being tied to a schedule. That’s when I discovered Shopify dropshipping. At first, I was skeptical, but I gave it a shot. I started small, setting up my store and learning as I went. At first, nothing changed. But then, my first sale came in. Then another. And another. Slowly, I realized something—I was making money without trading my time for it. Fast forward to today, and while I’m still growing, I finally have something I never had before: control over my time. Now, I can take a break in the middle of the day, be present for my family, and actually live my life on my terms. If you’ve ever felt like your job is running your life, just know this: There’s another way. It starts with one decision to build something for yourself.

@Christian Postiglione What do you think about an online business such as this to generate passive and sustainable income?
Prospecting is about giving and take
Hello Everyone Not sure what’s your view on this topic but by going through several calls, listen to industry podcast and listen to what other more experienced team members say. Prospecting of course is not easy but I think sometimes especially being a cold call you do not always need to ask for the business but rather giving them a call to provide value , to inform them about what’s happening ( in my case real estate letting them know what happens in the market ) you almost want the other person to feel like next time you will call You will provide value to them so they are happy to pick up the call then when once you build the relationship maybe is easier to get business from them. Ps I am saying this but it’s hard to do this all the time especially if the other person does not want to talk to you or is not interested because all they think is that your only reason to call is to get business ( which is probably true, otherwise why I would cold call you ?) What’s your view ?

So true, cold calling is usually going directly to the point and I feel it shouldn't be weird if you're targeting the right audience, they'll definitely want to hear about it and also, the opening or the first speech really matters a lot.
