Are the snapshot templates only available if we get high level through Clays link or is there another way we can add Clay's snapshot template to our high level if we already have a high level account?

Proof of consent
Got my first reviews client with a FB post! He already sent me a list of 900 past customers to target for reviews. My question is, does he need to provide me proof of consent for each past customer for us to text them? He’s definitely had conversations with a majority of them via text but I’m not sure if they ever clicked a checkbox to receive text messages from his company. Is anyone checking for this?

when they sign into highlevel they will agree to your terms & conditions In our terms and conditions for Review Harvest, it says you can agree that every single contact you give us, whether emailed, whether uploaded manually, whether uploaded through an integration, has given you explicit consent to message them, so basically agreeing to that, do our terms and conditions. Just make sure you add them as a user and get them to log in so they agree to those terms and conditions, or get them to agree to the terms and conditions somewhere else. Make sure your terms and conditions are set up on your site and you have them linked under your agency settings. As always though, this is just what we do, not legal advice.
