Proof of consent
Got my first reviews client with a FB post! He already sent me a list of 900 past customers to target for reviews. My question is, does he need to provide me proof of consent for each past customer for us to text them? He’s definitely had conversations with a majority of them via text but I’m not sure if they ever clicked a checkbox to receive text messages from his company. Is anyone checking for this?
