Good Morning Thursday 02/12 Updates + Need Your Input
Iโ€™m going through and updating all the prices right now on PeptidePrice.store across every vendor we track. Every time I do this, the process gets longer โ€” and honestly, that makes me really happy. The list keeps growing, more vendors are entering the space, and competition is increasing. I genuinely enjoy keeping an eye on the market and seeing where pricing shifts, new products pop up, or where things start trending. Iโ€™ll definitely keep you guys updated if I notice any meaningful changes or interesting new releases. One update from today โ€” Peptira just added a nasal spray bottle to their website, which makes me think a nasal option may be coming soon. They also added some new capsules, including BPC-KPV (60ct, 1mg). That blend is one of my personal favorites from a gut health perspective. Really interesting combination and one Iโ€™ve followed closely. On a more personal note, Iโ€™ve mentioned this before, but Iโ€™ll be moving out of Colorado at the end of May. The funny thing isโ€ฆ I donโ€™t actually know where Iโ€™m going yet. Iโ€™ll be fully remote, which gives me flexibility, and itโ€™s kind of crazy to think this whole peptide project grew to the point where being in person at work started causing issues. I wish I could write a book on all the craziness that happens behind the scenes in this research world. Maybe one day. Iโ€™ve heard great things about Tampa and Phoenix, but Iโ€™m open to ideas anywhere warm. I think Iโ€™m officially done with snow for a little while. If youโ€™ve got cities you love or places youโ€™d recommend checking out, let me know. Appreciate you all as always. Thank you for the continued support.

๐Ÿˆ Happy Super Bowl Sunday! A Quick Tip for Staying on Track Today
Good morning everyone and happy Super Bowl Sunday! Here's a quick tip for anybody researching out there who wants to stick to their diet while still enjoying some food with friends and family today. Even with a GLP-1, you can still have cravings โ€” and you can still enjoy the things you love in moderation. What I always recommend is front-loading your protein for the day. What does that mean? Try to get in around 75% of your daily protein intake โ€” or at least a good chunk of it โ€” before your Super Bowl party or whatever event you're heading to. Here's why this works: Protein is the most satiating macronutrient. When you consume protein, it triggers the release of satiety hormones like PYY (peptide YY) and GLP-1 while simultaneously suppressing ghrelin, your hunger hormone. Protein also has the highest thermic effect of food, meaning your body burns more energy just digesting it compared to carbs or fats. By front-loading your protein earlier in the day, you're essentially priming your body's fullness signals before you even walk through the door. You'll show up feeling satisfied, not starving โ€” which means you're far less likely to go overboard on the wings, chips, and dip. Then you can still enjoy those foods you love โ€” the carbs, the fats, all of it โ€” without feeling guilty about it. Remember, life is all about enjoying those little moments. Don't take away from that. Just don't overdo it. Drop below and let me know โ€” who are you rooting for today? ๐Ÿ‘‡ Hope everybody has an amazing Sunday! ๐Ÿ™Œ

NMN
Has anyone ever taken an NMN supplement? I was looking into it but was wondering if it would be redundant or helpful if I were already taking NAD+

I take nmn sublingual and nad subq. I havenโ€™t noticed a huge difference but I also have chronic Lyme. Studies show itโ€™s actually pretty effective at boosting nad levels in the body for most people so It canโ€™t hurt to try it out and see if it works for you. Only hurts the bank really ๐Ÿ˜…
Why Did You Start Your Research Journey ๐Ÿงฌ
I saw another post in the community sharing why they started their research journey, and it inspired me to share mine โ€” and I'd love to hear yours too. For those of you who are new here, here's my story: I lost all my weight naturally โ€” no peptides โ€” going from 250 lbs to 175 lbs over the course of about 2-3 years. Pure discipline, diet, and consistency. But then came the hard part. For about two years after that, I struggled with maintenance. I couldn't find a steady place where I was eating whole, clean foods that actually kept me satiated and kept the food noise quiet. I found myself stuck in a brutal cycle of binging and restricting, and it got bad โ€” to the point where my mental health was seriously suffering. I pushed through all of it, but being in college at the time made everything harder. I had heard about semaglutide, and some compounding pharmacies carried it, but the newer option at the time was tirzepatide at a microdose โ€” which is what compounding pharmacies were offering. After three years of struggling with binge eating, I finally took the leap and got on a microdose of tirz from a compounding pharmacy, where I paid over $1,000 for just 10mg. Even at a low dose of 1mg, it completely changed my life. The food noise? Gone. Silenced entirely. But here's the thing โ€” even making decent money as a software engineer, I knew I wanted to save for my future, and there was no way I'd be able to afford that long-term. So I started researching. I found the most popular research companies, did deep dives, compared prices across four or five different sites, constantly flipped back and forth, managed coupon codes โ€” the whole nine yards โ€” just trying to find the best deals. And then one random day, after doing all of that yet again, I thought: "Let me just build a tool for this." Instead of making a spreadsheet just for myself... Peptide Price was born. I documented that entire journey on TikTok, and fast-forward about eight months โ€” here we are. This community, this platform, all of the resources โ€” it all started because I was just a guy trying to not overpay for something that genuinely changed my quality of life.

Started my health journey after a crappy breakup ๐Ÿ‘Ž Took it too far and developed an ed. Despite being able to willpower a deficit, food was still all I thought about. Started to isolate myself and wasnโ€™t happy despite being ultra lean. Tirzepatide took that noise away and now I can enjoy food with family and friends!

Side note I was actually able to gain a little weight on tirzepatide (which I desperately needed too). It helped me stop obsessing over the need to control food and everything I would put in my body๐Ÿ™
GLP Hunger Isn't Always Linear - Why Higher Doses Aren't Always the Answer
This post is for educational and research purposes only. This is not medical advice. A lot of people think appetite suppression on GLPs works like a straight line - you take it, hunger goes down, end of story. For some people, that's true. For others? Not so much. You're going to have periods where you feel like you're not even on a GLP. Intense hunger. Food noise. Cravings out of nowhere. A Real-World Example During the holiday season, someone might be sitting at 4mg of Retatrutide and still feel hungry all the time. Food noise is loud. Cravings are constant. This can happen even while eating at maintenance or above maintenance calories. The natural thought is that something must be broken, or the dose needs to go up. But that same 4mg dose, when someone gets a little busier, isn't sitting around snacking throughout the day, and has more structure in their routine? The food noise quiets down. The appetite suppression kicks back in. Same peptide. Same dose. Different results. It all comes down to routine, environment, habits, and timing. The Lesson Here Sometimes you're going to have to fight through cravings regardless of your GLP dose. That doesn't automatically mean you need to go higher. Before reaching for a higher dose, ask yourself: โ†’ Has my routine changed lately? โ†’ Am I snacking more out of boredom or habit? โ†’ Am I eating foods that trigger more cravings? โ†’ Is stress, sleep, or hormones playing a role? โ†’ What does my environment look like right now? These factors matter more than people realize. When Should You Actually Go Up? If you've adjusted lifestyle factors and the hunger and food noise are still consistent for 4-6 weeks, then it might be time to consider increasing the dose. But that's the key - consistent for 4-6 weeks, not just a rough week or two. If It Feels Like Something Is "Broken" If the initial boom effect isn't there anymore, or it feels like the peptide stopped working, that's not always the case. Sometimes it just takes time. Especially for anyone who feels like the weight just won't fall off - time is going to be the key to everything here. Not a higher dose. Not a new peptide. Time.

So real. Being snowed in yesterday all I wanted was to inhale food. Havenโ€™t felt that in a while and was absolutely cause I was bored.
