Preparing for a game
I have my 2nd round Scottish Cup game tomorrow. Im just back from a few days holiday and didn't train much while away. I have gk training session tonight and will be following Rays advice about preparing mentally for a game. I am really hoping the lack of training this week doesn't let me down, I am aiming for a clean sheet. Whats everyone elses aims (goals) this week

We won 4-1 in the match today, I still dont have my first clean sheet of the season but at least we got the win on our big derby day and into the next round of the Scottish Cup

Whats on this weekend
Hey guys what have you all got in this weekend. No game for me as it's our rest week. We are going to play laser tag as a team though for some team building. Sunday morning I will attend j4k training as I missed last weekend due to our cup match. Whatever you are doing enjoy

I’m a professional player (in Australia) and coach who works specifically with female footballers — helping them build strength, speed, skills, endurance, power, and confidence so they can play at higher levels. While I don’t work exclusively with goalkeepers, I know how important keepers are to the game (and I coach keepers as part of my programs too when it comes to physical prep, strength, speed, skills and confidence).
