Grateful
Today I am overwhelmed with gratitude for all the blessings in my life. My mother in law (ONJ) taught me about the power of gratitude and I was just overcome with emotion thinking about her. If you are feeling down, see if you can find something small for which you can be grateful. Share it with us if you feel like it. I’m grateful for my wife and my dogs and Rickson and Cassia and jiujitsu and health and all of you friends. ❤️🙌

Love this, thanks for suggesting that we set it to words. Grateful for the days that grant me and my little family sunshine and our steadfast health. Laughter. Simply starting the day anew. Spending time on the mats together with my husband. Books. Clean water 🙏
