Great points! I do like the idea , as well as the practical implication , of top sets and back down sets. I believe they are great, if they are used correctly! However, I would probably not have them in the program all the time, and use them more to achieve a specific out come, e.g. combining max strength & hypertrophy with the main focus on max strength (back down sets), and vice versa, using top sets when working on hypertrophy, and maintaining strength levels. Just my thought processes 😊

@Angus Bradley I can see this point 👍🏻
Weighted Jumps
Where do weighted jump variations fall within your guys' plyometric toolbox? Is it something you utilize often or more something that is a case by case scenario? I lean heavily on Matt Watson's plyo continuum/classification and I know he will utilize them in deep tier for coordination/COM control - but what about higher performance outcomes/perhaps GRF work? Thanks!

@Riley Burke I do like your attitude, great 💪🏻 however, I personally like to go strategic about the planning 😊

@Lorenzo Tomasiello I actually do AMRAPs at the end of every 2nd or 3rd mesocycle with my remote coaching clients. This gives me the opportunity to predict 1RMs regularly, and also (hopefully 😅 ) demonstrate the progress to my clients 😊
Introduction Christian Bosse
Hi, my name is Christian, and I have been working as a strength & conditioning coach for the last 20+ years. First and foremost I want to thank @Angus Bradley for allowing me to be part of this community. I hope I can positively contribute to this community, and share the lessons I have learned to help others learn from it. Basically, you don't have to make the mistakes I did 😊 Since I want to keep this post about how I can contribute to the community, I leave this post as it is now. If you are interested in my experiences, I am happy to share them, if you indicate it in the comments 😊 All the best, Christian.

He was the first generation of socialists adopting the capitalist mindset. always improving his own world record by just a centimeter and setting it at the events where price money was highest to maximise payout 😂

I consider myself a normal guy, who was fortunate to train 7 Olympic champions and more than 30 World champions as their Strength & Conditioning coach
