Weighted Jumps
Where do weighted jump variations fall within your guys' plyometric toolbox? Is it something you utilize often or more something that is a case by case scenario? I lean heavily on Matt Watson's plyo continuum/classification and I know he will utilize them in deep tier for coordination/COM control - but what about higher performance outcomes/perhaps GRF work? Thanks!

@Christian Bosse I would like to add to this. Over the last 4 months I’ve included loaded jumps and found them very useful. Especially in the same sense in how you say it’s bridging the gap. My thinking was why wouldn’t I train the whole curve if I have time and space in my programming?

I’ve slowly built an email list but have never sent an email. Other than the first one being an introduction to who I am. Would you recommend the best place to start is to elaborate on post you’ve put in Instagram?

Best Overall Training Shoe?
Hey everyone! Looking to invest in a good quality multipurpose training shoe. Want to have a shoe that can be really good for everything like lifting, jumping, and running too. Was looking into Vivo Barefoot shoes, but wondered if they're worth the price point. Open to any suggestions if any of you guys have em!

I bought some strike movement haze Really like them, I wear them everyday and have lasted well over the last 6 months. Quite a versatile shoe, great for plyos a little spongy for heavy lifts still very able too lift in though (I’m used to lifting in weightlifting shoes.) wouldn’t run any further than medium intervals in them your mileage may vary you could push to a 5k I guess. I just like my actually running trainers They felt expensive coming from training in vans. However, i would definitely buy another pair and I’m already looking at getting another colour
