Getting back to olympic weightlifting
Hi guys, I had a partial tear in the chest tendon a couple weeks ago, right now I'm just training squats, legs and arms. How should I get back to olympic lifts once I start to feel better and the doctor tells me I'm good to train?.

Rethinking Periodisation Theory
Hey @Angus Bradley , Good to be here, Was curious if you had any more deeper dive resources (podcasts, research papers, blog articles etc) that goes into the latest thinking about periodisation theory outside of your classroom and John Kiely's work?

Quick question about purchasing GPP Level 1
Hi everyone! Happy to be here. Is there any difference between buying the course here on Skool versus on the official GPP Level 1 page?😁

bench pr
hit 275 for 7 on CG bench. once I get it up to 12 I'll start doing 295. if I can do 315 for 12 by the end of the year I'll be thrilled!!!!!!

extremely unrealistic. you need to learn to set smarter goals, I have watched you go through this cycle for 4 years now. Make it your goal just to set a 20lb PR
Top set, back off method
Hello everyone, I'm a trainer based in Dallas, TX looking to learn more about the nuances of programming and get other perspectives. I had a question about the top set back off approach, so I could do 1x1 RPE 7 (roughly a 4RM?) and then 2x5 RPE 8. What this might look like for a client trying to hit 2 plate bench is 1x1 at 165 lbs, then take some weight off so they can achieve 2 sets of 5 reps with a weight that they could achieve for 7-8 reps right (say 145 lbs)? Can this be run twice a week? Since it seems performing a movement more frequently is good for the skill aspect of strength.

but yeah 2x a week works best for most people, I dont have many people doing 1x a week frequency on a lift thats important to them
