SaaS Blows....Ad Franchise Agencies Are Crushing it!
☝️Bold claim, I know. So let me prove it. Back in the 1970s… No funnels. No Facebook ads. No AI. Just a typewriter, a mailing list, and some serious marketing chops. The O.G. Greats… Guys like Gary Halbert, Joe Sugarman, and Gary Bencivenga quietly built fortunes. Not with 100 campaigns. Not with 17 offers. Not with dashboards and tech stacks. They made millions off single ad campaigns. Run over and over. 👉 Halbert mailed a single letter that ran for years. 👉 Sugarman sold sunglasses so well the supply chain broke. 👉 Bencivenga wrote campaigns that quietly sold billions. Their secret? They found one proven ad… and FRANCHISED it. Fast-forward to today… Most agencies are drowning in tools, hacks, and complexity. And they’re stuck. We’ve drifted so far away from how markets move and spend all our time chasing tools. Here’s the truth: ☝️All money moves on psychology, not tools. That’s why Ad Franchising works: ✅ Find one ad that converts ✅ Duplicate it across locations in your niche ✅ Sell it again and again It’s simpler. It’s more profitable. It’s infinitely more scalable. We just ran a workshop that proved it. And the people in that room? They walked out with a model they can scale forever. If you missed it? No sweat, you can watch the replay here: https://youtu.be/y7PxPUiJxS8?si=lf2dv-OsMGRkNi9d Your move. Sam P.S. Don’t be the agency still trying to sell a CRM to people who’ve already been pitched and burned by 99,000 others. Go where the money is.

This is nearly the trap I fell in, and I have definitely been shifting my mindset around agencies since I started mine earlier in the year. I nearly fell into the commodity and it was draining me and pulling me in the "jack of all trades, master of none" direction and I hated it! Reading Gary Halbert's The Boron Letters really put even more into perspective (considering the date stamp for the letters was in Summer 1984....I was almost 2 years old then). I literally have the book sitting in front of me on my desk. Features stink, outcomes rule!
