Whatcha read'n?
What are you reading these days? That's one of the twenty one questions my Dad asks when we visit. Well, I'm asking you. Per Dr. Seth's recommendation, I'm reading 101 Essays That Will Change The Way You Think by Brianna Wiest I usually run through books, being the voracious reader I am. However, I'm really trying to digest as much as I can. Usually a chapter at a time. How about you?

Reading The Next Conversation by Jefferson Fisher, he also has a podcast I list to regularly. In this book he talks about box breathing in a section called To clear your mind, breathe rythmically.
Cold Showers!
I know that is winter time and cold for many of us. I am curious who is doing any level of cold shower each day or during the week. I do a short amount of time each morning in the shower, it might be 30 seconds to 60 seconds, sometimes more. This does help lift my morning head fog and helps Me start to focus on my day. If you are doing some cold exposure I would like to hear about how that is going for you.

I do a cold rinse at the end of my shower and although not being a cold weather person, truly enjoy the shock of a cold rinse. As you mention, it lifts the fogs and starts the day off right.
