MSM formulas on vacation?
I have been on a vacation with my family for 5 days. For this trip I have modified my MSM Formula. Glad to have the BAMO breath on crazy rides and GOOD for long long lines. How does anyone else change up their MSM formula when traveling?

It’s Hump Day!
Greetings all! Today is Wednesday. I am on the road with Dr. Seth getting ready to present at a conference. I am using my modified MSM formula at a hotel in Vegas. I did a morning walk then some yoga to prime my day. What are other doing to bounce like a tennis ball today?

Whatcha read'n?
What are you reading these days? That's one of the twenty one questions my Dad asks when we visit. Well, I'm asking you. Per Dr. Seth's recommendation, I'm reading 101 Essays That Will Change The Way You Think by Brianna Wiest I usually run through books, being the voracious reader I am. However, I'm really trying to digest as much as I can. Usually a chapter at a time. How about you?

I just started “The Five Types of Wealth” by Sahil Bloom. It is an interesting take on the various forms of wealth we can attain in life.
Managing Time Versus Energy
I recently read a book by John Gordon called the Energy Bus. It is an interesting concept of how to live one’s life by focusing on protecting our energy. The story challenges the ideal of being productive isn't managing your time. Which one do you value more? Time or Energy?

@Daniel Chowdhury I see where you are coming from indeed. I am seeing this more are more as a balance equation of sorts. On one side we need the positive energy to move through our day while being mindful of the time that we have to live our life.

@Sam Vojtech Yes indeed, we can never get time back! I am focusing these days on how to be as present as I can in the moment and use my time as wisely as I can so I can enjoy my time in this world.
